About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our growing customer base. You'll help businesses get the most out of our platform, drive adoption, and ensure long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of 50-80 customer accounts from onboarding through renewal
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customers are hitting their goals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs
  • Create training materials, webinars, and help articles
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address churn risk

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience with SaaS platforms (CRM, project management, or business tools)
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can explain complex topics simply
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
  • Self-starter attitude — you take ownership and follow through

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SMB/small business market
  • Familiarity with business automation tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
