We believe every small business deserves great tools. As a Sales Rep, you'll connect with business owners who are ready for a better solution and show them how our platform can transform their operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's needs
- Guide prospects through the trial-to-paid conversion process
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Document feedback and feature requests from prospects
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
What You Bring
- 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales or a similar consultative sales role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (our own platform, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed
Compensation
- $50K-$60K base salary
- Uncapped commission — top performers earn $100K+ in year one
- Accelerators kick in at 100% quota attainment
