Full-Time | Remote | Base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We believe every small business deserves great tools. As a Sales Rep, you'll connect with business owners who are ready for a better solution and show them how our platform can transform their operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's needs
  • Guide prospects through the trial-to-paid conversion process
  • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Document feedback and feature requests from prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales or a similar consultative sales role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (our own platform, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed

Compensation

  • $50K-$60K base salary
  • Uncapped commission — top performers earn $100K+ in year one
  • Accelerators kick in at 100% quota attainment
