About the Role

Our users aren't tech experts — they're business owners who need things to just work. As our UX/UI Designer, you'll make our powerful platform feel effortless.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile
• Conduct user research and usability testing with real customers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Build and maintain our design system and component library
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Analyze user behavior data to identify UX improvements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of product design experience (SaaS preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (you can inspect and communicate with devs)
