We build business management tools for non-IT service industries — contractors, roofers, cleaners, landscapers, pool services, personal trainers, med spas, auto detailers, and pest control operators. Our mission
Most business software is written for people who already love software. GoXylo is written for the other 90% — the operator who runs a small crew, quotes jobs from a pickup truck, chases paper invoices at the end of the month, and patches together five subscriptions just to keep the business moving. We think that operator deserves a single tool that handles the website, the CRM, the quotes, the invoices, the scheduling, and the chat — and stays out of the way the rest of the time.

We focus on a short list of industries on purpose. The templates, the default workflows, and the language inside the product are tuned for how those businesses actually run — not a generic CRM pretending to fit everyone.
How we work
We are a small, US-based team that ships small improvements often rather than shipping one big release a year. Data is hosted in Ashburn, Virginia. Payments run on Stripe. Security is taken seriously — TLS everywhere, least-privilege access, and encrypted backups. We don't sell your data and we don't train AI models on it. If something breaks, a human reads the email you send.
