How cancellation, refunds, and Xy credits work, from our Terms of Service.
In short. Fees are non-refundable. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. This page summarizes Sections 6, 13, and 25 of our Terms of Service. If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms control.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, and workspaces suspended or terminated under Section 13 of the Terms (Terms, Section 6.4).
Cancelling
Plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel any time. The workspace owner can open Billing from the account menu in the workspace, or you can email [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period (Terms, Section 6.3).
After cancellation we ordinarily keep the workspace for a recovery window, currently targeted at 30 days, so you can ask for an export or reactivate (Terms, Section 13.3).
Xy AI credits
Xy purchases are final. There are no refunds for unused Xy or cancelled subscriptions (Terms, Section 25.6). If we terminate an account for cause, we may cancel its unused Xy with no refund (Terms, Section 25.5).
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed through a chargeback after service has been delivered, we may suspend or terminate the account and pursue collection (Terms, Section 6.4).
Billing questions
If you think we charged you by mistake, for example a duplicate charge, email [email protected] with the charge date and amount.
