What happens to data you give GoXylo AI.

Which features send data to OpenAI

• The AI setup assistant: the chat on goxylo.com that helps you describe your business and set up a workspace.
• The website builder: AI drafting and editing of your website pages.
• Ask Xylo: the assistant inside your workspace.
• XyloChat: the AI workspace included with the Prime plan.

Everything else in GoXylo, such as CRM, invoicing, appointments, and email marketing, works without sending your data to OpenAI.

What is sent

• What you type or say to the feature.
• The context the feature adds to answer you, for example business details you entered or workspace records it reads to complete your request.
• Content from files you ask the feature to use.

OpenAI sends back the response, which we show to you.

How OpenAI may use it

GoXylo's OpenAI account has data sharing turned on. That means the inputs we send and the outputs OpenAI returns are shared with OpenAI, and OpenAI may use them to develop and improve its models. OpenAI handles that data under its own terms and policies. GoXylo does not train its own AI models on your content.

Web search in XyloChat

When XyloChat searches the web, your search query and the pages it opens are also sent to Serper and Firecrawl. They are listed on our sub-processors page.

What not to enter

Do not enter sensitive personal data into AI features. That includes government ID numbers, payment card or bank account numbers, passwords, health information, information about children, and any information about your customers that you are not allowed to share with a third party.

AI output

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Review it before you send, publish, or act on it. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice.
